This is a small Canadian Mule deer antler. It is almost certainly from a deer’s first year and is thus only a single long spike. Nonetheless, it is quite large for a single spike antler and is in excellent condition, with a rich beige/brown color and smooth texture, without any chew marks from wild animals such as porcupines and squirrels that commonly chew on antlers for nutrients.
Antlers are excellent for tabletop decor, terrariums, crafting, pet enclosures and Christmas decorations.
Collecting this antler from the wild has no negative impact on the health of wildlife.
