🦌 About Our Antlers

What is a shed (compared to a cut-off)?  Deer, Moose, Elk and Caribou grow "antlers" not horns and each year, these antlers fall off and are regrown over summer. They loose protective velvet in the fall and in mid to late winter cast-away the antlers to rest on the forest floor or prairie fields. We search hundreds of miles each year searching for these 1-of-a-kind bone-like structures.

Do you sell full mounts or skulls with horns? In Canada, it is illegal to sell cut off antlers, found dead wildlife or hunted wildlife without special permits. Once a permit is obtained a three year period is required to pass before the antlers can be sold. 

Where do your antlers come from?
All of our antlers are naturally shed and ethically sourced from deer, elk, and moose across North America. No animals are harmed in the process.

Are antlers safe for dogs?
Yes! Antlers are long-lasting, natural chews that help clean your dog’s teeth and satisfy their need to chew. We recommend supervising your pet during initial use and selecting an antler size appropriate to your dog's size and chewing style. 

How large is the antler I'm interested in? 
We offer antlers in a wide range of sizes. Each individual listing includes photos with measurements to help you choose the right fit for your furry friend or your décorative needs. Please "contact us" if you feel that these details are missing or insufficient. 

Will the antlers leave behind a scent or mess?                                                                       No! Most antlers are close to odourless, and we clean dirty sheds before dispatch. Additionally, they are generally close to unbreakable. Just keep them indoors and out of direct sunlight to avoid fading or cracking over time. Antlers left outside will still last for many years, but they will fade, crack and weather in response to Mother Nature.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

What shipping carriers do you use?
Although all shipping options are labeled as Canada Post at checkout due to Shopify limitations, most orders are shipped via UPS. Some domestic or international shipments may still use Canada Post.

Do you ship to the U.S.?
Yes - we ship across Canada, the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom. We take care of all related paperwork and documentation on your behalf. Please reach out via the contact options if you live in another country and are interested in making a purchase. We will look into the applicable regulations and see if we can make something work! 

How long does shipping take?
Orders within Canada should arrive within 1-5 business days. Those within the United States typically takes 5–14 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

I didn’t get a tracking number — what do I do?
If you haven’t received tracking info within 48 hours of purchase, send us a message and we’ll get it to you as soon as possible.


🧾 Orders & Payments

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we will be able to make changes or process a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible. Otherwise, please refer to the refund policy. 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Shopify (Shop App) Payments. Please contact us if you are interested in using another method of payment. 

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
We’re happy to discuss bulk orders or custom requests. Reach out and let us know what you’re looking for!


🔁 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a hassle-free return process within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Please contact us to initiate a return. You may be required to cover return shipping costs. 

Do you offer refunds for excess shipping charges?
Yes - if we determine you were overcharged for postage, we’ll automatically refund the difference after dispatch.
