For U.S. Shoppers

Please Note: We are currently unable to process orders for customers in the United States due to increasingly complex regulations and requirements regarding the shipment of antlers

All antlers are legally classified as “wildlife” under U.S. law. By placing an order, you authorize Antler Addiction to complete Fish & Wildlife Form e-Dec 3-177 (Declaration for Importation of Wildlife) on your behalf.

To ensure compliance and avoid delays, please provide accurate personal information at checkout, including your full name, shipping address, and email address.


Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using a selection of trusted carriers, including Canada Post and UPS, depending on the destination and order details.

To ensure the best combination of speed and cost, we may use alternate couriers unless a specific shipping method is requested.

All orders will be shipped using delivery options that reasonably match the selected checkout timeframe to ensure timely arrival.


Tracking Information

You should receive a tracking number via email shortly after your order is dispatched. If you haven’t received one, feel free to reach out and we’ll make sure to provide it.


Shipping Costs & Adjustments

We strive to provide accurate shipping rates, but Shopify's checkout system has limitations that may result in occasional miscalculations. In rare cases, we may need to contact you for additional payment if actual shipping costs exceed the calculated rate.

More often than not, the displayed shipping total is an overestimate, especially when purchasing multiple items. If we determine you've been overcharged during label creation, we will automatically issue a refund for any excess postage costs. This may take a few days to be processed and received on your end.
