*** "Brown" antlers = very fresh sheds, they will have no chew marks (or very few). Please take note that "brown" antlers are not always brown and may be smooth and white or beige colour but they will always be very fresh.
***White antlers = more bright white/grey in colour. They are one-two years old, with minor chew marks and show some exposure to the elements, faint cracking etc, they will not have deep brown tones but may still have some colour on the undersurface. They will not be heavily weathered or show green moss stains.
- Note that large antlers will always be much bigger than mediums especially in mass
It is normal for antlers to have grooves. Scratches and chew marks on the tips are also very common as deer often bite and nibble their antlers after they loose them. BUT no heavily damaged antlers will be shipped, your purchase will be a good quality antler!
