Refund policy
At Antler Addiction, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return process within the following guidelines:
1. Returns Accepted for 30 Days
You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. Beyond this period, we regret that we cannot accept returns or provide refunds. Please make sure to initiate the return process within this time frame.
2. Customer Provides Return Shipping
We kindly ask that you bear the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure your return is received by us in good condition. Please keep the tracking information for your records.
3. No Restocking Fee
We believe in transparent and fair return policies. There are no restocking fees for undamaged items returned within the specified 30-day period. You will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s) returned.
4. No Final Sale Items
Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" or otherwise not refundable are likely not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How to Initiate a Return:
1. Log in to your account on https://antleraddiction.ca.
2. Navigate to the "Order History" section.
3. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to initiate the return process, including specifying the reason for the return.
5. Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions via email, including the return address.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 2 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that refunds may take some time to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
