These are antler tips from large, naturally shed deer antlers. While the tips are from relatively fresh antlers, that have not gone chalky from the sun or elements, they, for the most part, have extensive chew marks / damage.
Fresh antlers are commonly chewed by wild dogs like coyotes and other animals like porcupines and squirrels as well as deer and moose themselves, because they are nutrient rich (particularly phosphorus and calcium) with excellent dental benefits.
